Martin Martorell

Martin Martorell

Founder
An out of the box HR leader and psychologist by training, with over 25 years of experience driving innovative people initiatives across Latin America. Throughout his career, he has worked with diverse organizations such as Rappi, Philip Morris, EY, Arthur Andersen and the public sector in Argentina. Currently a board member for ALAI -Asociacion Latinoamericana de Internet- and strategic advisor for Rappi, Martin has lived and worked in nearly every corner of the region, gaining deep insights into its diverse cultures and markets. Currently based out of São Paulo.
Belen Real

Belen Real

Founder
A seasoned HR leader with a strong business sense and a passion for technology, with over 20 years of experience leading HR teams across Latin America and Europe. Throughout her career, Belén has worked with FMCG companies such as Philip Morris and Danone both in Latin America and in Europe, and then made a switch to the digital segment by joining Rappi to lead their global strategy on culture and talent. Currently a strategic advisor for Rappi, Belén is based out of Buenos Aires.
Antonella Schiavonni

Antonella Schiavonni

Thinking Partner
An outlier talent and organizational development professional with extensive experience in leading transformation initiatives across Latin America. Antonella is assionate about fostering inclusive, agile, and high-performing teams and specializes in designing impactful people strategies that align with business objectives. Her expertise spans talent management, leadership development, and change management. Currently Director of Culture at Globant, she is based out of Buenos Aires and will act as a thinking partner.
